Equilibria Capital manages a dedicated private markets investment programme.

Our firm deploys capital across private market opportunities and/or special situations in public markets.

We invest across different areas of the capital structure. Investments may take the form of minority or controlling positions, equity or debt and be either passive or active.

One of the programme’s key strengths is Equilibria’s ability to be highly tactical and opportunistic in deploying capital. The private markets programme is driven by the opportunity set. Capital is only deployed when unique opportunities that offer superior risk/reward potential are identified and can be effectively implemented.

Estate

Equilibria manages an extensive real estate investment programme.

The firm is active in real estate in Europe and Bermuda.

Our European activities are developed in partnership with Stoneweg Asset Management, an established European real estate fund manager.

Through their partnership, Equilibria and Stoneweg manage a range of funds which deploy capital in selected European real estate markets, with a special focus on Spain and Portugal. Their investment strategies include development programmes in the commercial and residential market segments and a market-leading bridge loan programme. Stoneweg Spain has a seasoned 30-person investment team based in Madrid and Barcelona.
